Airgas buys two distributors
Airgas has acquired two industrial gas and welding supply distributors with combined annual revenues of more than $30 million.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Metroplex Service Welding Supply Inc. has locations in Fort Worth, Decatur, Gainesville, Burleson, and Mineral Wells, Texas.
Excel Welding & Industrial Supplies Inc. is located in Philadelphia.

Since the beginning of its fiscal year, Airgas has acquired 15 businesses with aggregate annual revenues of more than $94 million.
