Bunzl acquires Danish company
International distribution and outsourcing specialist Bunzl has acquired Danish cleaning supplier Clean Care.
The Aalborg, Denmark-based business reported revenues of approximately $11.67 million and the gross assets being acquired by Bunzl are estimated to be $2.47 million.
"The acquisition of Clean Care is an excellent addition to our existing cleaning and hygiene supplies business in Denmark. They have a strong customer focus and broad product offering. We welcome the management and staff to the Group," Bunzl chief executive Michael Roney said.
Clean Care supplies cleaning and hygiene consumable products and equipment. Its clients include a variety of end-users including contract cleaners and other industrial and institutional customers primarily located in Denmark.
