Bostwick-Braun buys Columbus Fastener
Bostwick-Braun Company purchased the Columbus Fastener Corporation (CFC), a distributor of fasteners, construction and industrial supplies.
CFC will join the Bostwick-Braun Industrial Supply division and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bostwick-Braun Company.
CFC operates two locations in Columbus, Ohio, and one in Cincinnati. The three CFC warehouses stock over 23,000 items, housing one of the largest variety of fasteners, anchors, tooling, abrasives and other construction and industrial supplies in the area.
“We are pleased and proud to become the newest member of the Bostwick-Braun family of companies. We look forward to becoming Bostwick’s fastener 'experts' and helping them expand their sales programs in fasteners and related supplies," said Mike Burke, CFC president and chief operating officer.
“We see a tremendous potential to cross-sell products in this merger. CFC will become the fastener source for Bostwick-Braun Industrial Supply and JMC Sales and Engineering. At the same time, Columbus Fasteners will benefit from the expansive product listings that Bostwick offers," said William R. Bollin, chairman and CEO of Bostwick-Barun
