Production Tool Supply acquires NNT Corp.
Production Tool Supply has acquired NNT Corporation of Itasca, Ill., a family-owned industrial distributor that has served the metropolitan Chicago area for more than 50 years.
NNT provides carbide tools, HSS cutting tools, tool holders and fixtures, industrial pumps, cutting fluids and lubricants, and industrial supplies and services to a wide range of industries.
“We are excited to welcome the talented and dedicated employees of NNT to our growing family of companies,” said Larry Wolfe, president of Production Tool Supply, based in Warren, Mich. “In addition to product knowledge, the NNT staff has a reputation for fairness, honesty and discretion. Former owners, Dave and Mike Nyc, will continue with the company in executive leadership positions.
