WinWholesale buys majority interest in Carr Supply
WinWholesale Inc. has obtained a majority interest in a new partnership with Carr Supply and Carr Supply of Michigan.
Carr Supply is a Columbus, Ohio, based wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning supplies and equipment, and water well supplies to contractor customers. The company also installs shower doors and closet systems.
The former owners of the company have retained their key management positions and a substantial equity stake in the new partnership.
The transaction, which closed Feb. 1, created a new company that will continue the Carr Supply name and operate as its own entity with the same management team.
Carr Supply has 13 locations in Ohio and two in Michigan.

Carr Supply, established in 1917, has 135 employees. The company operates a 120,000 square-foot warehouse in Columbus.
