Bradco acquires Insulation Systems
Bradco Supply has acquired Insulation Systems Inc., a distributor of commercial roofing products with three offices in North Carolina.
ISI is headquartered in Greensboro and has locations in Charlotte and Raleigh. The three branches will continue to operate under the ISI name, and Dewey Haizlip, former owner of ISI, will remain on to ensure a smooth transition into the Bradco organization.
“Bradco is very excited about our acquisition of Insulation Systems Inc., as we believe it will serve to strengthen our commercial roofing presence in North Carolina, while complementing Bradco’s existing four branch locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington and Greensboro,” said Martin Segal, vice president of acquisitions for Bradco Supply.
Headquartered in Avenel, N.J., Bradco Supply is a distributor of roofing supplies and complementary exterior building products. The company currently operates over 130 locations throughout 30 states.
