S.L. Fusco acquires MESCO
S.L. Fusco has acquired Modern Engineered Services Company (MESCO), a Monrovia, California-based industrial distributor.
Founded in 1990, MESCO has served the metalworking and manufacturing industries for the past 28 years, providing products, solutions and technical support for applications in cutting, grinding or machining.
S.L. Fusco began distributing industrial supplies in the Los Angeles area in 1941 and also operates full-service branches in San Diego, San Leandro, California, and Phoenix, Arizona.
The company has made several acquisitions, all of which are focused on cutting tools or abrasives. Additionally, S.L. Fusco’s Mexican company, ArgoFusco, has branches in Mexicali, Tijuana, Guaymas and Nogales.
