nexAir acquires M&A Welding Supply
Memphis-based nexAir has acquired M&A Welding Supply Co., a distributor of welding and safety supplies with four locations in Georgia.
The transaction closed at the end of March. The organization’s 15 employees in Calhoun, Cartersville, Douglasville and Jasper, Ga., joined nexAir’s Georgia operations.
“We are eager to expand our territory into northwest Georgia and build upon the great customer service M&A Welding Supply has been providing their customers for the last 50 years,” said Kevin McEniry, CEO of nexAir. “We are looking forward to working with our new team members to enhance our product and service offerings for all of our customers in this area.”
The acquisition doubles nexAir’s Georgia footprint and furthers its reach into the northwestern portion of the state.
