Sonepar USA names VP of mergers and acquisitions
Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held Sonepar Group, announced that Kris Prebola has been named vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
Prebola began with Cooper Electric in 2011 as finance leader and was promoted to vice president of finance in 2018. Throughout his eight years at Cooper, he provided financial leadership and guidance on sales growth initiatives, key acquisitions and overall business processes.
"We’re excited to have Kris take on this new role. His unique experience across the business makes him well suited to lead this area for our organization," said Rob Taylor, Sonepar USA president.
