Sphere 1 appoints new board
Sphere 1 announced the appointment of its new board of directors.
Ron Foltz, Cornerstone Tool & Fastener, Tallahassee, Florida, was elected board chairman, succeeding George Morgan of SouthernCarlson, who is retiring following four years as chairman and 11 years on the board.
Larry Johnson, Northbrook Contractor Supply, Northbrook, Illinois, will serve as vice chairman and treasurer, while Todd Klutts, Pioneer Fasteners & Tools, Euless, Texas, was appointed secretary. Scott Brown, president of Hahn Systems, Indianapolis, was added as a member of the board.
The Sphere 1 board of directors is comprised of individuals from the tool, fastener and concrete communities across the U.S. It is the board’s responsibility to be the voice of the Sphere 1 membership and provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation for the Sphere 1 cooperative.
