Equity firm buys Dorner Mfg. Corp.
Dorner Mfg. Corp., a designer, manufacturer, and supplier of conveyor systems and components parts, has been acquired by the private equity firm Incline Equity Partners.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The Hartland, Wis.-based family-owned company, which was founded in 1969, manufactures both built-to-order and engineered-to-order conveyors and sells to a diversified customer base of channel partners, OEMs and systems integrators.
