Motion Industries to acquire Obbco Safety & Supply
Motion Industries has agreed to acquire OBBCO Safety & Supply, based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The transaction is expected to close August 1.
OBBCO Safety & Supply is an industrial safety distributor, which provides product from over 100 safety supply manufacturers. Its offerings include a wide range of personal protective equipment, as well as hazardous storage units, first aid supplies, and gas detection equipment.
In business since 1985, OBBCO serves a variety of customers and end markets from small businesses to large national corporations. OBBCO will continue operations under its existing management team.
