DXP Enterprises sales decline 2.2 percent
DXP Enterprises reported sales of $250.7 million declined 2.2 percent compared to $256.2 million in the second quarter of 2016.
Adjusting for the sale of Vertex, sales increased 0.9 percent.
Net income of $4.1 million, or 23 cents per share, compared to net income of $5.1 million, or 34 cents, in the same period last year.
Service Centers’ revenue for the second quarter was $164.7 million, a 1.8 percent over the same period in 2016. Adjusting for the sale of Vertex, sales increased 7.0 percent over the same period in 2016.
Innovative Pumping Solutions’ revenue for the quarter was $44.5 million, an 18.2 percent decrease year-over-year with.
Supply Chain Services’ revenue for the quarter was $41.5 million, a 3.6 percent increase year-over-year.
