Fastenal sales rise 11.2 percent in July
Fastenal posted sales of $457.5 million in July, an 11.2 percent gain from $411.6 million in July 2018.
There was one more business day in July 2019 compared to the same month last year.
Daily sales of $20.8 million were up 6.1 percent from $19.6 million last year.
Sales to manufacturing customers improved by 7.9 percent during the month, while sales to non-residential construction customers gained 1.6 percent.
Sales in the U.S. improved by 5.3 percent in July, while North Amercian sales grew by 6.2 percent.
