DGI Supply to acquire Tool & Abrasive
DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, plans to acquire Tool & Abrasive Supply Inc. of Los Angeles.
The transaction is anticipated to close on Oct. 1. Terms were not disclosed. Ken Saunders, current Tool & Abrasive president, will continue to manage the company after the acquisition.

Tool & Abrasive, founded in 1957, is an industrial distributor specializing in carbide and high-speed steel cutting tools, abrasives, CNC tooling and work holding systems, cutting fluids and MROP products.
