McGill Hose acquires RNB-Richardson
McGill Hose & Coupling Inc. of East Longmeadow, Mass., announced the acquisition of RNB-Richardson Inc., located in East Providence, R.I.
"The combination of RNB’s talent, extensive selections of industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings with the added capabilities and services of McGill Hose will provide customers with the most complete and local source for products and services for safe fluid handling," according to a company press release.
The new location will serve the Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts markets.
McGill Hose & Coupling specializes in the fabrication and distribution of flexible hose, fittings and fluid handling components. In addition to a full selection of industrial, hydraulic, metal and Teflon hose and plastic tubing and hose, McGill stocks quick couplings/disconnects, pipe and tube fittings and industrial hose fittings.
Complementary products include hose accessories, products for spill containment, overfill protection and hose protection products.
