BlackHawk acquires CCA Inc.
BlackHawk Industrial Distribution announced the acquisition of Carbide, Cutting Tools, Abrasives Incorporated (CCA), based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Blackhawk’s acquisition of CCA Inc. allows it to continue to increase its service and product distribution in a strategic market for BlackHawk.
