CRC announces management transition
CRC Industries announced that Perry Cozzone, formerly president of the Americas for Colorcon, a pharmaceutical product developer, has assumed the role of Global CEO of CRC Industries.
“Cozzone’s experience in leading a global organization will help the company to achieve its tremendous growth potential as it continues to make strategic investments in its core business lines, emerging markets, operational excellence, acquisitions, innovation and infrastructure,” according to a statement from CRC Industries announcing Cozzone's appointment.
Scott Grey, who previously served as CEO of CRC, will become president of the Americas, succeeding Wayne King when he retires later this year. The company says it will leverage Grey’s extensive experience with CRC to provide his strategic leadership to the Americas region and support the global initiatives.
In addition, Brian Murtaugh, who previously served as vice president of finance for Berwind Corp., has joined CRC as chief financial officer.
