Heller re-joins Real Results Marketing

Real Results Marketing, a marketing strategy and execution firm focused exclusively on the distribution industry, announced that company founder Ian Heller has re-joined the firm as senior partner.


Ian HellerHeller founded Real Results Marketing in 2002 and sold it to current managing partner Jonathan Bein when he left to become the vice president of marketing for HD Supply Commercial & Industrial – White Cap.

Heller entered the distribution industry as a truck unloader at a Grainger branch while in college. He eventually became vice president of marketing there and has since held senior executive roles at GE Capital, Corporate Express, Newark Electronics and HD Supply. He most recently served as president and COO for Modern Distribution Management, a specialized information and analytics firm serving the wholesale distribution industry.

“We’re thrilled to have Ian back on the team,” said Bein. “He’s got distribution in his DNA, and we’re very excited to add his experience, intellect and strategic acumen to Real Results Marketing’s capabilities.”

Heller has experience in e-business strategy and has written and spoken extensively on the impact of digital disruption on the distribution industry. At Real Results Marketing, he will primarily engage with distribution and manufacturing clients on developing strategic plans and continue to be available to speak on industry disruption.
