Safway Group acquires North American Coatings
Safway Group has acquired North American Coatings and its family of companies.
The acquisition includes CL Coatings, Industrial Coatings & Fireproofing and SEI Coatings which specialize in the application of high-performance coatings in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power, refining, marine, manufacturing, transportation and commercial construction industries.
North American Coatings will continue to operate independently as the painting, coatings and fireproofing subsidiary of the Safway Group.

Headquartered in Waukesha, Wis., Safway provides scaffolding and access solutions for commercial construction, industrial and infrastructure applications.
