ST Solutions acquires JSM Industrial Supply
ST Solutions has acquired JSM Industrial Supply in a cash asset purchase transaction.
JSM Industrial Supply distributes cutting tools and coolant to metal working industries in North and South Carolina. In addition, JSM provides inventory and coolant management solutions to manufacturing facilities.
“We look forward to providing our customers with a broader scope of logistic solutions and expanded product offerings which will help them meet their corporate goals and objectives,” said Eric Lingerfelt, president of JSM Industrial Supply, Lexington, S.C.
Key benefits of the acquisition include broadening the service footprint, combining purchases to strengthen buying power, reducing backroom costs and freeing up JSM management to pursue sales growth, according to a company press release.
