PIP acquires Uniform Technology
Protective Industrial Products announced the acquisition of Uniform Technology, headquartered in Longmont, Colorado.
Uniform Technology is a manufacturer of high-tech specialty apparel servicing the semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, biotech and aerospace industries since 1998. It specializes in cleanroom and electrostatic discharge apparel products for contamination control.
“This acquisition of Uniform Technology expands our product offering, further solidifying PIP’s position as a leading supplier of specialized gloves, supplies and apparel to the Controlled Environment market,” said Joe Milot, president and CEO of PIP. “Most importantly, this translates to more opportunities for our distributor customers to fulfill the broad needs of industrial end users today” he concludes.
