Stellar named Snap-on affiliate of the year

Stellar Industrial Supply announced that it received the Affiliate-of-the-Year Award from Snap-on Industrial Brands.


The award recognizes Stellar Industrial Supply for its commitment in time, resources, planning, as well as its demonstrated ability to execute and grow with Snap-on Industrial Brands year over year to increase revenues.

Tacoma, Washington-based Stellar is a privately held, ISO/AS9120-certified premier industrial supplier. Its specialists, sales force and customer experience managers serve small, medium and large manufacturers, federal, state and local municipalities, and commercial construction companies across the United States. Stellar’s growth strategy is focused on developing strong customer partnerships.

Stellar supports that vision with its Documented Cost Savings Program (DCS), where Stellar works with supplier partners to bring innovative solutions to customers that maximize production and enhance overall profitability. In 2017, Stellar combined with partners to save more than $17.5 million in customer-approved documented cost savings. For example, 3M and Stellar saved customers more than $5.3 million, and work with Sandvik Coromant saved more than $3.1 million.

Since inception in 2010, the DCS program has generated more than $88 million in customer-approved documented cost savings.
