Goodall Rubber Canada to move production
Goodal Rubber Company of Canada announced plans to move its production facility to a newly rehabilitated building in Collingwood, Ontario.
"We are excited to invest in a new, state-of-the-art facility that will continue to provide high-quality products to our worldwide customers," said Jeff Crane, CEO of parent company Lewis-Goetz, based in Pittsburgh, Pa.
The move is anticipated to take place in the summer fo 2013.
"We are excited about the opportunities that this investment decision will bring for our employees, for the local economy, for our distribution centers, for our customers and for our investors," said Sandi Bonwick, general manager of the local facility. "We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been selected by our parent company for this investment and are very much looking foward to the relocation."
Lewis-Goetz is part of the ERIKS Group of companies, one of the world's largest industrial distributors.
