Kalamazoo Industries collet fixture
The Kalamazoo Industries 1CC 5C collet fixture for chucks is ideal for short runs because it allows for quick set up of 5C collets.
There's no need to remove the power chuck. Simply chuck the OD in the power or manual chuck, thread the collet in or out, then 1/2 turn to lock. For infinite adjustment use 1/2 turn to unlock and release, then re-lock. The fixture is “dead length” for non-lateral movement of the work piece to maintain original “datum” for repeat operations. The fixtures can be mounted in vertical and horizontal mills, machining centers, 4th axis, and can be stacked for multiple parts. The 1CC 5C collet fixture is made in the U.S.A. with hardened and ground steel. It has drilled and tapped holes and pilot in the rear for fixture mounting.
