Wolseley Industrial acquires Action Automation
Wolseley Industrial Group announced the acquisition of Action Automation.
Action Automation is an automation business headquartered in Alsip, Illinois. The company will operate as Action Automation, a Wolseley Industrial Group company.
Founded in 1997, Action Automation specializes in providing actuators, actuated valves and repair solutions and is an authorized stocking distributor of Limitorque (Flowserve) actuators and parts for four states in the Midwest.
Wolseley Industrial Group, a pipe, valves and fittings distributor, is the industrial division of Ferguson Enterprises.
