BDI acquires Bearing Sales
Bearing Distributors Inc. (BDI) acquired Bearing Sales Inc., based in Great Falls, Mont.
The acquisition included three separate businesses: Bearing Sales of Great Falls, Mont., (newly designated BDI Branch 112); Columbia Bearing of Moses Lake, Wash., (designated BDI Branch 110); and Northwest Bearing of East Wenatchee, Wash., (designated BDI Branch 111).
“Under the ownership of Kraig Jorgensen and his family since 1962, Bearing Sales, Columbia Bearing and Northwest Bearing have built a solid reputation in the Inland Northwest for strong technical support backed by the largest local inventory in their respective markets,” said BDI-USA president and COO John Ruth. “Adding BDI’s existing customer base and supplier network to Bearing Sales, Columbia Bearing and Northwest Bearing will deliver additional value to and enhance the success of manufacturing companies in the Inland Northwest.”
