USCTI names 2013 board
The United States Cutting Tool Institute elected officers and board members for 2013 at the group's annual meeting in October.
David Povich of Tool Alliance was elected president, Thomas Haag of SGS Tool Co. was elected senior vice president, and Steven Stokey, Allied Machine and Engineering Corp., was elected vice president and a board member.
In addition to Stokey, other elected board members include Gary Lake, Cemecon Inc., Bret Tayne, Everede Tool Company, and Eli Crotzer, Keo Cutters.
USCTI is a trade association for manufacturers of cutting tools for the metalworking industry. Membership is open to any North American manufacturer or remanufacturer of cutting tools, tool holders, substrate material, as well as post-fabrication tool surface treatment providers.
