Distribution One creates D1 University
Distribution One has expanded its customer training opportunities into a full curriculum of live on-site workshops and training webinars that comprise the new D1 University.
Combining the existing user-friendly training process with valuable customer advice, D1 University delivers a range of basic and advanced ERP-ONE and ERP-ONE+ application training topics presented in convenient one-day workshops. Each workshop is led by a Distribution One professional possessing years of experience in both distribution and software training.
"Perfect for users looking to expand their knowledge or new employees needing the basics, D1 University workshops cover beneficial topics including basic training and multiple "How to Manage" sessions focusing on accounting, data, inventory, kitting, purchasing, quality control, sales, and warehousing. Additional topics and advanced training workshops are currently being developed based on software enhancements and customer requests," according to a press release.
Due to the success of recent training sessions hosted within the New Jersey headquarters, Distribution One has unveiled a secondary training facility within the Texas office to better serve the geographic and budgetary preferences of customers. Both facilities provide individual workspaces and hands-on instruction within a professional learning environment.
