DGI Supply to acquire Merwin-Stoltz
DGI Supply, a DoALL Company, agreed to purchase Merwin-Stoltz, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
The transaction is expected to close on March 31. DGI plans to move its local customer service team and inventory from West Allis to Menomonee Falls shortly after the closing.
“The combined inventory will improve service levels, and DGI’s broader product offering, additional buying power, business systems and automated procurement solutions will strengthen Merwin’s value proposition. With the inside and outside teams providing the same high level of service, this move creates an impressive presence in the local market,” said Bill Henricks, chief operating officer for DoALL Company.
Bob Stoltz and Greg Delander will remain with the company and join the DGI leadership team.
