February sales up 7.7% for Fastenal
Fastenal reported February net sales of $627 million, a 7.7% increase over the same time last year. Daily sales were reported at $29.9 million.
Canada/Mexico remained the company's highest region of daily sales growth at 4.8%, followed by the U.S. at 2.4, which represents an 83.7% change over February 2023.
The company reported heavy manufacturing as its leading end market, with daily sales growth of 3.1% versus 19.7% YOY. Safety equipment continued to be its strongest product line in daily sales growth at 8.3%
