GHX locations to become United Central branches
United Central Industrial Supply and GHX Industrial, wholly-owned subsidiaries of The United Distribution Group, announced that three GHX branches will begin operating as branches of United Central.
The Elko, Nevada, Reno, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona GHX locations will transition to operational status as United Central branches.
This reorganization is a continuation of The United Distribution Group’s commitment to being a partner to its customers in mining and energy-related industries, the company said. Operating under the United Central brand, these locations are now able to offer customers a broader range of mining-related products and value-added services in addition to the hydraulic and industrial hoses they supplied previously.
“Providing comprehensive support with an unyielding focus on quality to our customers is an ongoing strategic focus for the United Distribution Group. Ensuring our locations are aligned with our customer needs is a critical component to our continued success as an organization,” said Darrell Cole, president and CEO of The United Distribution Group.
“Our primary goal at United Central is to provide the right products, at the right time, with the right service to our customers. United Central is an industry leader in mining-related products, value-added services, and industry experience. With the transition of the Elko, Reno, and Phoenix locations to the United Central brand, we are pleased to offer those expanded products and services, as well as the existing GHX products and services, to their customers as well. Customers of those branches can still expect the same high standard of quality, service, and dedication to customer satisfaction as before,” added Henry Looney, president of United Central.
Richard Harrison, president of GHX Industrial, stated, “I am excited about what this means regarding increased product offerings and opportunities for these three branches. We will continue our joint efforts to make GHX and United Central successful industry leaders in our respective areas.”
