WinWholesale acquires West Coast Associates
WinWholesale Inc. has acquired West Coast Associates in Tampa, Fla., which now operates as West Coast Winsupply.
The company fabricates fire sprinkler systems for fire sprinkler and mechanical contractors in Florida and the southern regions of Georgia and South Carolina.
“The acquisition of West Coast Associates demonstrates that WinWholesale and the Win Group of Companies have the ability to operate in related industries, and will open or acquire businesses in them when it makes good business sense,” said Monte Salsman, WinWholesale chief operating officer.
Among the company’s product brands are Allied Tube, Smith-Cooper, Anvil International, Globe and Tyco. The company provides “turnkey” service by fabricating sprinkler systems based on customer provided plans, said Sal Cimino, West Coast Winsupply president and the former vice president of West Coast Associates.
