Hultafors Group acquires Hellberg Safety
Hultafors Group of Goteborg, Sweden, announced the acquisition of Hellberg Safety AB based in Stenkullen, Sweden.
Hellberg Safety is a specialized supplier of safety products that include hearing protection, face protection and communication solutions.
The acquisition is part of Hultafors Group's strategy to broaden its offering within the PPE products portfolio.
“Through this acquisition Hultafors Group will gain access to a complete portfolio of highly advanced hearing protection, face protection and communication solutions for personal protection purposes. This acquisition aligns with our overall strategy to broaden our portfolio of PPE products along with our ever‐broadening line of hand tools,” said Ole Kristian Jødahl, CEO at Hultafors Group AB.
Hultafors Group brands include Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools, Johnson Level, Wibe Ladders, Solid Gear, Dunderdon and Toe Guard.
