Sidney Lee Welding Supply buys two Florida companies
Sidney Lee Welding Supply, a member of the Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative headquartered in Hampton, Georgia, acquired VMW Welding Supply Co. in Tallahassee, Florida on July 1.
The company, a member of the Independent Welding Distributors Cooperative, also acquired North Florida Welding Supply Co. in Lake City, November 1, 2024.
