Bolts & Nuts merges with Technical Threads

Chattanooga, Tennessee-based Bolts & Nuts Corp. announced it has merged with Technical Threads of Franklin, Indiana.


Technical Threads is a provider of highly engineered pipe, valve and fitting fasteners and gaskets serving customers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. With the addition of Technical Threads teams in Franklin and Rock Hill, South Carolina, Bolts & Nuts Corp will broaden its ability to serve its customer base, in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia, where Technical Threads maintains existing customer relationships. Currently, Bolts & Nuts serves customers in over 40 states, Mexico and Europe.
