H.B. Fuller Company 4Q sales flat

H.B. Fuller Company reported revenue of $548.1 million in the fourth quarter, a 0.1% gain from the $547.6 million reported in the same period in 2014.


Net income for the quarter was $25.0 million, or 49 cents per diluted share, compared to $10.7 million, or 21 cents, in last year’s fourth quarter.

Net revenue for the 2015 fiscal year was $2.08 billion, down 1.0 percent compared to $2.1 billion in the 2014 fiscal year.

"For 2016 our focus will be to build positive growth in our core Americas and EIMEA operating segments, while continuing to deliver the margin improvements we have committed to as part of our strategic plan. We are optimistic that the positive momentum created in 2015 will continue into 2016,” said Jim Owens, H.B. Fuller president and chief executive officer.
