Sturdevant promoted at North American Tool
North American Tool Corporation announced the promotion of Lori Sturdevant to Lead Tool Design and Technical Service Associate.
She has been instrumental in the company’s recent advancement to the SolidWorks 3D CAD and data management software. She completed the requirements for the SolidWorks intensive training program and utilizes this state-of-the-art technology in conceiving and designing customer-specific taps and cutting tools for North American Tool customers.
Her engineering skills have led to technical and engineering innovations that have culminated in the overall success of North American Tool, the company said.
“This promotion recognizes Lori’s amazing 28-year career at North American Tool and her exceptional contributions in developing cutting edge technology in the design and manufacture of special taps made to precise customer requirements,” said Barb Bishop, manager of Tool Design and Customer Service.
