Langdon wins ISA Women’s Influence Award
The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) announced Molly Langdon received the association's Women’s Influence Award April 1 during the spring convention in Nashville.
Langdon is senior vice president, customer experience at Stellar Industrial Supply and immediate past chair of the ISA Women in Industry Network. The award recognizes a leader who has made a lasting impact on the industrial supply channel by advocating for women, advancing inclusion, and driving meaningful change. For over five years, Langdon has been a cornerstone of ISA’s Women in Industry Network, shaping its vision and strengthening its mission to empower and elevate women in the field.
According to Langdon, mentorship and leadership are not about a title – it’s about lifting others up. From her early days as a branch manager to her current role, she has remained committed to supporting, guiding, and amplifying the voices of those around her. Her influence extends across the industry where she has been instrumental in ensuring that women’s voices are heard at every level.
