Kellogg to lead IBC distributor effort

IBC named Robert Kellogg as its Director of Business Development - Distributors.


In this role, Kellogg will lead the effort to identify opportunities with new stakeholders to grow business for IBC and increase the strength of its distributor network. He will work closely with prospective distributors to develop customized programs that address the unique needs of each organization. Kellogg will also contribute to the company’s culture of innovative collaboration by assisting with the development of business strategy and solutions.

Kellogg attended Northeastern University in Boston with a major in Communications and Business. He comes to IBC after 16 years with Lenox Industrial Tools. In his last position with Lenox, Kellogg worked as a National Account Manager and managed a $25 million sales portfolio of Newell Rubbermaid Brands. Bob is a six-time winner of the “Newell Rubbermaid” Presidents Cup recognizing budget and operating income growth.

“I am proud to join the IBC team and to represent IBC within the industrial marketplace,” said Kellogg. “I look forward to evaluating where we can support our current network of Independent Distributors to expand, improve efficiencies and increase cost savings.”

Ron Nuñez, president and COO of IBC, stated that Kellogg’s appointment to this role is part of IBC’s aggressive strategy to bolster the strength of its network of independent distributors, in order to grow end-user business for all of its stakeholders.
