North American Tool names technical service associate
North American Tool Corporation appointed Bridget Turner as technical service associate in the company’s customer service department.
Turner has extensive customer service experience, having worked in manufacturing for over 20 years. She has five years of management experience and has completed numerous courses relative to her role as technical service associate.
"Turner has the dedication and drive to ensure that the most demanding customer requirements are fulfilled. Her knowledge of tapping and thread tool applications allows Bridget the ability to decipher customer needs precisely and effectively," the company said in a statement.
“We look forward to adding Bridget’s strong sales and technical tooling skills to North American Tool’s customer service team,” said Barb Bishop, manager – tool design and customer ssrvice at North American Tool Corporation.
Turner will be based at the the company's manufacturing, sales and service facility in South Beloit, Illinois.
