Core & Main acquires St. Louis Fabrication & Supply
Core & Main announced the acquisition of St. Louis Fabrication & Supply, a provider of fire protection product fabrication and distribution.
The business will operate as part of Core & Main's Fire Protection business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The acquisition of St. Louis Fabrication & Supply extends Core & Main's custom fabrication capabilities to a new region, which means our Midwest customers now can count on us for customized products that meet strict quality standards in the commercial and residential construction markets," said Brad Cowles, president of Core & Main Fire Protection. "We're excited to bring Rick Jamison and his organization onboard. Rich has developed a strong team that insists on 100 percent quality in every product they touch."
Jamison will lead the business development efforts for Core & Main's Fire Proection business in the St. Louis area and adjacent markets.
