GHX Industrial to move into new headquarters
GHX Industrial will consolidate four Houston area locations into a new location in Lockwood Business Park, part of a commercial development called Generation Park in Northeast Houston.
"The move to Generation Park signifies an investment in the growth and future of GHX,” said Richard Harrison, president of GHX. “This facility will enable us to continue to build upon our core competencies. The new location will significantly improve our capabilities to better serve our customers in the Houston market.”
The asset will include 121,000 square feet of warehouse and shop space and 22,500 square feet of office space, according to McCord Development, the sole owner and developer of Generation Park.
GHX anticipates moving in to new facility by the end of 2017.
