Stellar to acquire Graffams Industrial Supplies
Stellar Industrial Supply plans to acquire certain assets of Graffams Industrial Supplies, of San Luis Obispo, Calif.
The closing of the transaction is scheduled during the fourth quarter of 2015. Terms were not disclosed.
