PFERD names applications specialist
PFERD INC. announced the appointment of Sean Lindley as applications specialist.
He will cover Louisiana and Texas, with occasional assignments in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Based in the Houston area, Lindley will report to PFERD national technical sales manager, John Thompson, and be responsible for providing product training and solutions support to end-users and distributors located in those market areas.
"This represents another critical step in PFERD's plan to provide more on-site technical support to our customers in key industries. We expect both end-users and distributors will welcome Sean and take full advantage of his expertise," Thompson said.
Lindley worked most recently in sales and technical applications positions at National Pump and Compressor. Prior to that, he served as a U.S. Army Captain in several leadership positions including duty as an Infantry Company Executive Officer in Iraq for which he was awarded a Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal.
Lindley is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin where he earned a BA degree in History and Government. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School and is fluent in German. He is a licensed pilot and an Eagle Scout.
