Motion Industries to acquire Lake Erie Abrasive & Tool
Motion Industries Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Lake Erie Abrasive & Tool, headquartered in Euclid, Ohio.
The transaction, which was signed on Aug. 21, is expected to be completed in early September 2015.
LEA&T specializes in custom-designed abrasive systems as well as distribution of abrasive products, tools and related machinery. LEA&T's Euclid location as well as its two locations in Greer, S.C., and Howell, Mich., serve customers in a broad cross-section of industries.
