North American Tool named IBC Supplier of the Year
North American Tool Corporation was named Supplier of the Year by the Industrial Buyers Consortium (IBC) at the 2015 IBC National Meeting in Rosemont, Ill., on Oct. 4.
Each year, IBC recognizes distributors and suppliers that best represent the dedication, quality, and standards of excellence that customers have come to expect from members of IBC’s marketing group. The recipient of the Supplier of the Year award is determined by a distributor vote.
“This award is especially meaningful because the recipient is selected by our loyal partners in distribution – the people who we are privileged to serve on a daily basis,” said Curt Lansbery, president and CEO of North American Tool, “This is also a great compliment to the members of our customer service team, who are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations with every quotation and order.”
At the 2015 IBC National Meeting, North American Tool had the opportunity to meet with more than 25 of the industry’s leading industrial distributors. During their meetings, the North American Tool team focused on finding new ways to increase business, strengthen relationships, and continue to serve customers as effectively and efficiently as possible.
