White Cap to acquire Triumph Geo-Synthetics
White Cap has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Triumph Geo-Synthetics Inc., a geosynthetics and erosion control distributor based in Anaheim, California, serving non-residential and infrastructure end markets.
