The JET Group acquires Sellstrom
The JET Group announced the acquisition of Sellstrom Manufacturing, a Schaumburg, Ill.-based provider of personal protective equipment.
"The acquisition of Sellstrom is perfectly aligned with our corporate strategy to complement our existing safety program by introducing a professional PPE safety portfolio in the Canadian market and to expand our reach into the U.S. safety market," according to a company statement.
Sellstrom offers PPE products including: head, eye, face, arc-flash, hearing, welding safety products and helmets, the RTC brand of fall protection equipment as well as Monitor germicidal cabinets and Gravit-Eye portable eye wash stations.
