Atlas Copco acquires Milwaukee area company
Atlas Copco has acquired Air Supply Systems Inc., which distributes and services compressors and accessories.
Terns were not disclosed.
Air Supply Systems, based in Franklin, Wis., becomes part of Atlas Copco Compressors LLC. Its six employees will join Atlas Copco.
The company sells, installs and services Atlas Copco compressed air products, mainly in southeastern Wisconsin.
“We have an established relationship with this high-quality organization, and this acquisition will further strengthen our relations with our customers,” said Nico Delvaux, president of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
